Job Description Role- Area Manager ?Retail Sales- AMC background preferred. Locations- Goa, Vadodara, Jabalpur and Pimpri Chinchwad. JOB INTENT The position relies on relationship building and consultative selling. Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification. Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of the product. This position reports to Regional Head. Job Specifications ? Relevant MF Retail Sales experience of 8 -10 years ? Preferably MBA from a reputed Institute (not Mandatory) ? Current good Networking with IFAS of the area ? Self-managed, highly driven by relationship management and revenue generation. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ? Responsibility to achieve the overall area office Retail Sales targets (AUM targets & Market share) and facilitate growth through the development & implementation of an effective sales and marketing strategy as cascaded from the Corporate Sales and marketing team. ? Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research for the respective area office supported by on-going visits to clients ? Plan a strategic and feasible layout of the potential mapping of the entire area office. This should be done in alignment with the overall corporate plan. ? Achieve the targets as set by your reporting Manager which would change from time to time and would be communicated to you as decided by the Management ? Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients of the territory under his/her scope of supervision. ? Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients ? Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence ? Support and contribute towards the Area?s revenue and profitability targets ? Build new clients and add market share as per targets set with your reporting Manager. ? Increase the market reach in and around the territory ? Gather competitive information and assimilate the same for further analysis ? Researching the market and related products; ? Presenting the product in the right light and in a structured professional way face-to-face. ? Ensuring all Compliance standards are met with while selling the product or reporting the product sale
