Job Description

Project Description: This role is part of a large-scale Murex migration program covering multiple modules such as Front Office, Risk, and Back Office. The project focuses on accurate data migration, reliable reporting, and seamless system integration. The position requires strong expertise in Murex Datamart and a good understanding of MxML Exchange. Candidates with hands-on experience in both will be preferred. Responsibilities: ? Develop and enhance Murex components required for migration across different modules. ? Design, implement, and optimize Datamart extractions, workflows, and reporting structures. ? Support and troubleshoot MxML Exchange configurations, transformations, and workflows. ? Perform data validation and reconciliation during each phase of migration. ? Work closely with functional, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth migration and environment readiness. ? Conduct post-migration performance tuning and resolve technical issues. ? Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer for migration deliverables. Mandatory Skills Description: ? Minimum of 8 years of Murex development experience. ? Deep understanding of Datamart architecture, batch setup, and reporting framework. ? Proven experience in data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation. ? Working knowledge of MxML Exchange and interface configuration. ? Proficiency in SQL and UNIX scripting for automation and data processing. ? Experience supporting migration or upgrade projects in Murex environments. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Nice-to-Have Skills Description: ? Exposure to Murex Simulation Views, Market Data, or Static Data configuration. ? Understanding of trade lifecycle and products such as FX, Rates, and Credit. ? Familiarity with version control tools like GIT or SVN and CI/CD processes. ? Experience working in large-scale or multi-system migration programs. ? Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and functional teams.
