Job Summary

We are hiring skilled automotive and fleet professionals to support maintenance, repair, and operation of light vehicles, buses, and heavy equipment. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring vehicle safety, reliability, and operational efficiency in accordance with company and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

(Responsibilities vary based on position)

  • Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of vehicles and equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and engine-related faults.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules.
  • Maintain service records, job cards, and maintenance logs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to minimize vehicle downtime.

Role-Specific Responsibilities

Auto Electrician

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle electrical systems, wiring, alternators, starters, sensors, and control units.
  • Handle lighting systems, battery systems, and electronic diagnostics.

Auto Denter

  • Perform denting, body repair, panel alignment, and metal reshaping.
  • Prepare vehicle bodies for painting and finishing.

Fleet Technician / Vehicle Mechanic (Heavy Equipment)

  • Maintain and repair buses, trucks, and heavy equipment.
  • Work on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and hydraulic systems.
  • Conduct inspections and overhauls.

Diesel & Gasoline Technician

  • Diagnose and repair diesel and petrol engines.
  • Perform engine tuning, injector servicing, fuel system repairs, and overhauls.
  • Ensure engines meet performance and emission standards.

Bus Driver

  • Operate buses safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
  • Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain cleanliness and report mechanical issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant trade (for technical roles).
  • Valid driving license (Bus Driver – mandatory, preferably GCC).

Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in automotive, transport, or fleet operations.
  • Experience with heavy vehicles or commercial fleets is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Knowledge of vehicle safety standards and maintenance practices.
  • Ability to work in shifts and under operational pressure.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
