About the job Job Summary We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Designer / Content Creator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling content that tells our story across multiple platforms ? from websites and social media to presentations and video campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, highly skilled in video editing and graphics, and able to leverage AI-powered creative tools to produce engaging content that strengthens our brand and captivates our audience. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver graphics, digital assets, and marketing materials for campaigns and branding. Produce and edit videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, webinars, and other digital platforms. Design visually impactful presentations for client proposals, pitches, and internal use. Support website design and updates to ensure a modern, user-friendly digital presence. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and goals. Adapt and optimize creative content for different channels, including social media, web, and print. Stay up to date with design trends, AI design tools, and content best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team. Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Multimedia Designer, Content Creator, or similar creative role. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Figma, and preferably Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Hands-on experience with AI-based creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL?E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion). Strong skills in video editing and post-production. Ability to design professional, high-quality presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides). Excellent eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)Experience with motion graphics or animation. Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content optimization. Familiarity with UI/UX design and wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD). Experience creating branded content for social media campaigns. Basic understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools.
