Job Title: MSME Facilitator

Department: Business Development / MSME Support / Government Schemes
Location: As per project requirement
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (Any stream)

Job Purpose

The MSME Facilitator will support Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises by guiding them on government schemes, financial products, registrations, and business development services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard MSMEs, startups, and small business owners
  • Create awareness about MSME schemes (Udyam Registration, PMEGP, CGTMSE, Mudra, subsidies, etc.)
  • Assist MSMEs with documentation, registration, and compliance processes
  • Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, government departments, and consultants
  • Provide basic guidance on loans, insurance, credit linkage, and subsidies
  • Conduct field visits, meetings, and awareness programs
  • Maintain records, MIS reports, and client follow-ups
  • Support entrepreneurs in business growth and formalization

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MSME sector and government schemes
  • Ability to work independently and in the field
  • Computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
  • Convincing and relationship-building skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in MSME, banking, finance, sales, or social sector preferred
  • Freshers with interest in MSME development can apply
  • Local area knowledge is an advantage
