Primary Skills (Must-Have) ? Experience: 2+ years in Technical CRM ? D365 Expertise: Strong background as a technical consultant with extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations ? CRM/XRM Experience: Worked with different versions of CRM/XRM ? Project Lifecycle: Successfully executed 2-3 full-cycle implementations ? Customization & Configuration: Deep knowledge of D365 customization, configuration, and technical issue resolution ? Development & Coding: Expertise in HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, and JavaScript ? Agile Experience: Proven ability to deliver within tight timelines in an agile development environment ? Cloud & On-Premises: Experience in on-premise/cloud deployments, support, upgrades, and migrations ? Microsoft Power Platform: Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent, and PowerBI ? Integration: Hands-on experience integrating third-party applications ? Certification: Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ? DevOps & Version Control: Sound expertise in DevOps, Git, and Jira ? Business Applications: Experience working with Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint APIs ? Customer-Facing Role: Strong analytical and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders Secondary Skills (Good to Have) ?? Process Automation: Designed and developed Microsoft Flow, PowerApps, and PowerBI reports ?? Marketing Automation Tools: Experience with RESCO, Scribe, KingswaySoft, and ClickDimensions ?? Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently ?? Industry Exposure: Experience across finance, telecom, manufacturing, or retail sectors
