Job Description

Job Purpose:

Motorcycles Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the motorcycle division. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Motorcycles Sales Supervisor aims to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and enhance the company's reputation as a premier destination for motorcycle enthusiasts.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotional activities.
Train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment to encourage team success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Develop customer loyalty programs and follow-up procedures to enhance repeat business.
Oversee the inventory of motorcycles, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Coordinate with the procurement team to order new stock based on demand and sales forecasts.
Monitor inventory turnover and implement strategies to minimize excess stock.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to the General Manager.
Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Identify new market opportunities and potential business partnerships.
Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory.
Assist with audits and reviews of sales processes and documentation.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

Experience:

5+ years of experience in sales in Motorcycles.

Competencies:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
Strong understanding of motorcycle market trends and customer preferences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sales and CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
