Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce graphics, animations, and video content for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and corporate communications.

• Conduct professional video shoots including setup, lighting, and camera operations.

• Handle video editing, color correction, sound design, and post-production to create high-quality output.

• Hands on experience in UI/UX as a skill apart from Design/Animation/Camera Handling.

• Design static creative assets (social media posts, e-shots, infographics, presentations, event collateral, etc.).

• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with brand guidelines.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and tools in motion graphics, video editing, and design.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of proven experience as a Graphics Designer, Video Editor, or similar role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing graphics, animation, shoots, and video projects.

• Proficiency in industry-standard tools:

1. Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop)
2. Knowledge of 3D software (Blender, etc.) is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with professional video shoots (camera, lighting, equipment setup).

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with 3D animation and compositing.

• Knowledge of VFX, and motion tracking.

• Familiarity with corporate communication and B2B creative requirements.
