We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through engaging animations and video content. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling and the ability to create visually compelling illustration and motion graphics.

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, Illustrations and video content for digital platforms
• Develop explainer videos, product demos, and marketing videos
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand creative requirements
• Edit and enhance video content with sound, effects, and transitions
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity
• Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design and animation
• Create engaging reels, shorts, and promotional videos
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to understand content requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar
• Create Lottie/Bodymovin JSON file for Emojis and graphics
• Understanding of aspect ratios, frame rates, and platform-specific video formats
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and incorporate feedback quickly
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Experience with trending AI tools 

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design
• Familiarity with 3D animation tools
• Knowledge of social media trends and viral content formats
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
