Description About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires strong expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on delivering robust, efficient, and user-centric digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop modern, responsive front-end interfaces using Next.js and contemporary JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. Build, maintain, and optimize back-end applications and APIs using PHP (Laravel) and/or other backend technologies. Architect and manage databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ensuring efficient schema design, querying, and performance tuning. Integrate third-party APIs and external services as required. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to convert wireframes and design prototypes into functional, high-quality interfaces. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices and coding standards. Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability across all layers. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications 24 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with extensive experience in Next.js. Solid back-end development experience in Node.js/Express, PHP (Laravel), or Python/Django. Strong understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases and their performance considerations. Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap. Experience with WordPress or other CMS-based development environments is a plus. Good understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively (ref:hirist.tech)
