Central Montessori Academy (CMA) is seeking a passionate, dedicated Montessori Toddler Guide to join our thriving Montessori community. We are looking for an educator who believes in the capabilities of young children and is committed to creating a peaceful, nurturing, and engaging environment where toddlers can develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, organized Montessori Toddler environment.
• Guide children ages 18 months to 3 years using authentic Montessori principles.
• Observe each child's development and thoughtfully present lessons that support individual growth.
• Foster independence, concentration, grace and courtesy, and practical life skills.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Maintain accurate student records and participate in conferences and school events.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to support the mission of Central Montessori Academy.

• MACTE-accredited Montessori Toddler Credential (required).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with toddlers in a Montessori environment.
• Strong classroom management and observation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• A collaborative spirit and commitment to professional growth.
• Ability to meet all state licensing requirements, including background checks.
