What are we looking: We are seeking a skilled Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Java with 6 to 8 years with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. Roles and Responsibilities: Strong proficiency in Python and Java , Python REST frameworks like Flask/fastAPI, Java REST frameworks like springboot/Quarkus Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying REST APIs in production environments Exposure to databases like SQL, postgres-sql, Solr (for search and indexing) and Delta (Delta Lake for data lake management), with practical experience in querying Experience leading software development projects and mentoring team members Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Lead the design and development of robust systems and scalable data pipelines, ensuring high standards of quality and security Leverage expertise in Java, JavaScript, Python, Apache Spark, and AI/ML technologies to deliver innovative solutions Mentor team members, foster technical excellence, and drive the creation of high-performance architectures that align with strategic business objectives.
