We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer In This Role, You Will ??Manage Allocated Digital (Mobile) Collections project?s related testing activities. Provide testing strategies/approach and ensure delivery quality. ??Apply best practices for the team?s test automation framework, scripts and execution. ??Hands on & expected to execute/automate Test cases. ??Analyze business requirements, scope, identify and implement testing needs and approach ??Work closely with development teams and business to enable delivery transparency and no communication gap. ??Enable test efficiency by automation ??Identify NFR requirements & track them to closure. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: ??A minimum of 5 years' IT software testing experience with Experience test execution , test automation, API ,UI, Mobile experience (Both Appium IOS & AOS), NFR (Preferred) testing. ??Expert in using popular testing tools, e.g. Selenium, Appium, Browser stack , GIT HUB ??Expert in Core Java , Teleium Tag (HSBC Exp) ??Familiarity with performance testing tools eg Load Runner , Jmeter ??Well understand software development and testing process, quality standard of testing deliveries and testing techniques knowledge. Experience in Waterfall and Agile projects. ??Well understand DevOps and CI/CD. ??Strong test automation skills. ??Strong sense of ownership to the testing deliveries. Capable to spot out test efficiency improvement areas, and implement the improvement. ??Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to work independently, proactively and under pressure against different demand and target. ??Good communication skills in spoken and written English. ??Enthusiastic and strong sense of commitment. ??Experience of Collections domain knowledge would be preferred ??Certified in ISEB by ISTQB, or any other software testing certificate. ??Past HSBC experience highly preferred Preferred / Good To Have Proficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodology Basic knowledge on infra capacity planning Experience in Banking domain Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure & performance metrics Candidate User Guide - https://hsbchrdirect.service-now.com/hrsp?id=kb_article&sys_id=6bd437061be61c10e9b1553a2d4bcb07 HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
