Role Description We're looking for passionate React Native developers who want to build a product that thousands of creators use daily. You'll work directly with our small team to create features that help creators succeed. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Coding (85%) Build new features in React Native/Expo Make the app faster and smoother Create beautiful UI components Connect to our backend API Fix bugs and handle errors Test on iOS and Android Teamwork (15%) Chat with the team about what to build Share ideas for improving the app Ask questions and get help when needed Keep everyone updated on your progress Our Tech Stack (You'll Learn What You Don't Know) What we use: React Native with Expo (TypeScript) React Navigation for screens Firebase for analytics Backend: Python API (you don't need to touch this) Expo Camera, Image Picker, Notifications Git/GitHub Who We're Looking For For Fresh Graduates / Entry-Level: You've built at least 1-2 React Native projects (even personal projects count!) Basic JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge You understand React hooks and components Excited to learn and grow Good communication skills Passionate about mobile development For Experienced Developers (1-3+ years): Built and shipped React Native apps before Comfortable with TypeScript and React patterns Experience with app stores (iOS/Android publishing) Can work independently and mentor others Performance optimization experience is a plus What matters most to us: Attitude over experience: We'd rather hire someone eager to learn than someone with credentials but no passion Clean code: You care about writing code that others can understand Communication: You can explain what you're working on and ask for help when stuck Reliability: You do what you say you'll do Bonus points (not required): You've published an app on App Store or Play Store Experience with Expo or Firebase Interest in creator tools You create content yourself (Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok) Why Are We Different from Other Startups We're serious about healthy work culture: ?
