About The Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate iOS Developer to join our dynamic technology team at Blue Light Card. This role is integral to our ongoing digital transformation, as we transition to a modern, serverless environment and prepare for new greenfield projects that will redefine our mobile app experience. As part of a newly established cross-functional team, you will have the opportunity to influence the design, development, and deployment of innovative mobile applications that directly impact our members. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in iOS development with expertise in Swift and SwiftUI. Proven experience in building scalable, high-quality applications using UIKit, Storyboards, and Swift packages is essential. Familiarity with testing frameworks such as XCTest and TestFlight to ensure reliable and robust code is required. Strong knowledge of source control management with GitHub, along with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, is necessary for streamlining development workflows. Experience with cross-platform development using Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) to share business logic across platforms is highly desirable. Candidates should also have familiarity with cloud services like AWS, and experience working with analytics, push notifications, crash reporting, and payment integrations using tools such as Amplitude, Braze, Firebase, and Stripe. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential, along with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, readable, and efficient mobile applications for iOS platforms, adhering to best practices and architectural standards.
- Participate actively in the mobile community of practice, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and deliver solutions that align with the overall product vision and user needs.
- Design and implement solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, conducting code reviews to uphold coding standards and quality benchmarks.
- Develop and execute unit tests and UI tests to verify application stability and performance, diagnosing and fixing bugs or bottlenecks as needed.
- Support automated build, test, and deployment processes, enabling rapid and reliable release cycles.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, design decisions, and implementation details.
- Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the development process.
