Job Description
Collaborate with business teams to gather business requirements and convert them into technical specifications. Administer and manage Samsung Knox Manage, Knox E-FOTA, and Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME) portals. Configure, deploy, and manage Samsung/Android devices using MDM/EMM tools such as Intune, Workspace ONE, MobileIron, Knox Manage . Manage the complete device lifecycle: provisioning, policy enforcement, app deployment, monitoring, and retirement. Create and maintain MDM policies, security baselines, and compliance rules . Integrate Samsung Knox with enterprise systems including Azure AD, Google Enterprise, and VPNs . Monitor, diagnose, and resolve device enrollment issues, configuration failures, and performance problems. Maintain and update documentation such as runbooks, SOPs, and configuration guides .
