We are seeking a versatile Mobile Developer with Full Stack experience to join our team and lead the development of our first mobile application from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to architect, design, and build a high-quality mobile app tailored for the healthcare technology sector, while also contributing to backend and full stack operations. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end mobile app development lifecycle, including architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Develop native or cross-platform mobile apps (e. g., React Native, Flutter) from scratch, ensuring scalability and high performance. Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js that power mobile and web applications. Design and optimise PostgreSQL databases and write efficient SQL queries, including stored procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical solutions and deliver robust features iteratively. Implement data integration workflows, validation checks, and automation to support business operations. Produce clean, scalable, and well-documented code in JavaScript/Python for both front-end and server-side components. Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure a seamless user experience. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, QA, and other developers, to align on project goals and deliverables. Participate actively in code reviews and knowledge sharing to foster team growth and quality standards. Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in mobile and full-stack development and apply them proactively. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Solid experience (4-8 years) developing mobile applications from inception, with ownership of the app development lifecycle. Strong knowledge of REACT NATIVE. Strong backend development skills with Node.js and expertise in PostgreSQL, SQL query optimisation, and stored procedures. Proven ability to design and deliver RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Comfortable working in an early-stage environment requiring flexibility, initiative, and wearing multiple hats across the tech stack. Familiarity with version control (Git) and development best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
