We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer In This Role, You Will Be an expert in Agile methodologies and possess a strong understanding of software testing principles. Have working experience in all phases of the software testing lifecycle, including test planning, test design, test execution, and defect management. Hands on Tools like APPIUM, SELENIUM, REST Assured with JAVA Good to have working knowledge of Xcode, Android Studio. Demonstrate strong expertise in Scrum, including participation in all Scrum ceremonies and tracking Agile metrics. Be proficient in Agile test planning and estimation techniques. Have good experience in Agile engineering practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and Continuous Integration (CI). Collaborate with project teams to ensure the overall quality and timely delivery of software products. Possess good knowledge of setting up and configuring test management tools like JIRA. Have experience testing both front-end and middleware applications. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues effectively. Possess strong communication and assertiveness skills to interact with team members and stakeholders. Be skilled in stakeholder management and communication, ensuring alignment on testing goals and progress. Be capable of presenting and promoting Agile testing concepts and practices to stakeholders. Have experience with the SAFe framework and its implementation in testing processes. Apply Agile principles, including Scrum, Agile estimation and planning, Agile retrospectives, and XP engineering practices, to testing activities. Drive assigned testing projects and programs to ensure success by defining test requirements and strategies. Improve testing operations and processes using historical data and resources to achieve optimal solutions. Provide regular updates to sponsors and stakeholders to ensure effective communication of testing progress and results. Work with both onshore and offshore testing resources for identified projects. Resolve testing-related problems and conflicts among projects. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Years of experience in software testing, including cross-functional testing in large technical organizations. Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of defects and determine effective resolutions. Expert on Tools like APPIUM, SELENIUM, REST Assured with JAVA Understanding of severity levels and prioritization in defect management. Strong knowledge of the banking domain is a plus. Strong knowledge of the financial services industry. Strategic thinking skills to align testing efforts with business goals.
