About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Mobile Application Developer to support the development, maintenance, and scaling of mobile applications across a variety of projects and client initiatives.

This is a part-time contractor role ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, adaptable, and excited to work on fast-moving creative and technology-driven projects. You’ll work closely with leadership, design, and creative teams to help bring mobile product ideas to life.

• You Will...Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and/or Android
• Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to build intuitive user experiences
• Assist in building new app features, integrations, and backend functionality
• Help troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and improve app stability
• Participate in product planning and technical decision-making
• Translate creative concepts and wireframes into polished mobile experiences
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Stay current on mobile development trends, tools, and best practices

• You Have...Experience developing mobile applications using Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Experience integrating APIs, third-party services, and backend systems
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote or hybrid workflow
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience shipping or maintaining live mobile applications
• Ability to balance speed, creativity, and technical quality

• Preferred QualificationsExperience working with startups, agencies, or fast-paced creative teams
• Familiarity with Firebase, Supabase, AWS, or similar backend platforms
• Experience with social, creator, sports, or entertainment-related applications
• Understanding of analytics, user engagement, and mobile growth strategies
• Experience collaborating directly with designers and creative directors
• This is a contractor-based, part-time role with flexible hours depending on project needs and deliverables.
