Salary: Upto 16 LPA As a Lead Flutter Developer, the candidate will be instrumental in creating robust and scalable mobile application. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the best solutions, ensuring high-quality code that adheres to industry standards. He/She must be passionate about Flutter, code optimization, and building applications that perform seamlessly across devices and platforms. Key Responsibilities: ? Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Flutter application for both Android and iOS platforms. ? Apply SOLID principles and clean code architecture to ensure scalable and maintainable code. ? Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the application. ? Work with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations to enhance app functionality. ? Utilize state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.) to manage app state effectively. ? Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement complex animations and UI transitions. ? Ensure the app?s performance, scalability, and security meet high standards. ? Take part in code reviews, mentorship, and team collaboration to improve development processes and code quality. ? Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter development. Requirements: ? 6-9 years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3+ years of experience working with Flutter. ? Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework. ? Experience in state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc. ? Deep understanding of SOLID principles, clean code architecture, and best development practices. ? Proficient in writing and maintaining unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality. ? Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating third-party services. ? Good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. ? Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. ? Experience with complex animations and UI transitions in Flutter. ? Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively and also lead a team.
