Job Title: Native Mobile App Developer (Android & iOS) Experience: 3 ? 4 Years Location: Kanpur (New Technopark @ IIT Kanpur) Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Mobile App Developer proficient in Flutter (preferable) or React Native to develop, optimize, and maintain cross-platform healthcare AI applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with AI/ML engineers, web developers, and UI/UX designers to build high-performance mobile apps for medical imaging and healthcare solutions. The candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile architectures, API integrations, real-time data visualization, and security best practices to ensure scalability and reliability in healthcare applications. Qualification/Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Key Responsibilities: Develop, deploy and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter(preferable)or React Native. Optimize apps for performance, responsiveness, and scalability across Android & iOS. Integrate AI/ML models for medical imaging and decision support. Work closely with UI/UX designers and webapp teams to integrate real-time healthcare data and imaging services. Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices. Deploy and manage apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with respective guidelines. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring high application reliability and minimal downtime. Required Skills: 2 ? 3 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development and deployment. Proficiency in one or more of the following: Flutter for cross-platform mobile development. React Native for mobile integration. Experience with state management libraries (Provider, Riverpod, Redux, MobX, Bloc, Jetpack ViewModel). Experience with third-party libraries & SDKs (Firebase, AWS Amplify, TensorFlow Lite, Core ML). Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns. Knowledge of mobile security best practices (OAuth, JWT, biometric authentication, encryption). Experience with real-time data handling (WebSockets, MQTT, Firebase Firestore). Experience with publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Preferred: Familiarity with security best practices, performance tuning, and optimization in production environments. Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with containerization tools like Docker and deployment automation through CI/CD pipelines.
