Job Title: Mobile App Developer Location: [Hybrid] Employment Type: Full-Time (Immediate Joiners Preferred) Salary: ?15?20 LPA (Based on Experience) Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Mobile App Developer with strong expertise in both React Native and Flutter . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Flutter. Ensure optimal app performance , responsiveness, and scalability. Integrate RESTful APIs , SDKs, and third-party services. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. Manage the full mobile app lifecycle, including testing and publishing to App Store and Google Play . Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and frameworks. Required Skills & Qualifications 5?8 years of professional experience in mobile app development . Strong hands-on expertise in React Native and Flutter . Solid understanding of state management tools (e.g., Redux, MobX, Provider, Bloc). Experience integrating APIs and working with backend teams. Proven track record of publishing apps to App Store and Google Play. Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies is a plus. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience in native modules (Android/iOS). Knowledge of Firebase, GraphQL, or app analytics tools. Experience mentoring junior developers.
