Job Description

Blue Spire is looking for a skilled and versatile Senior Mobile Engineer (with 5-12 years of experience) to contribute to the development of high-quality Android and iOS applications. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Kotlin, Swift, or both, who thrives on solving technical challenges, collaborating across teams, and shaping exceptional mobile experiences. You will play a key role in defining architecture, ensuring code quality, and driving innovation in mobile development. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift). Contribute to defining the mobile architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate with Product, UX, and other engineering teams to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences. Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices and modern design patterns. Implement and optimize CI/CD processes, automated testing, and release pipelines. Ensure consistency and parity in feature development across Android and iOS platforms. Stay current with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools, and recommend their adoption when relevant. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions. Required Skills Strong hands-on expertise in Kotlin (Android) and/or Swift (iOS) with proven experience building mobile applications. Deep understanding of mobile design principles, REST/GraphQL API integration, offline storage, performance optimization, and security best practices. Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native) is a plus. Experience with Agile methodologies, mobile release cycles, and DevOps practices for mobile applications. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management for mobile platforms. Solid grasp of modern mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture, etc.).
