Position Summary

On behalf of our strategic partner in India, we are actively seeking a Junior Mobile App Developer

with 1–2 years of hands-on mobile application development experience. The ideal candidate is

a motivated team player with a strong passion for building high-quality, user-centric mobile

applications that deliver excellent user experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior developer who thrives in mobile app development,

enjoys writing clean code, and is eager to grow while contributing to real-world projects. You will

work on the full mobile development lifecycle — from UI/UX implementation to API integration,

performance optimization, and app deployment.

You will collaborate closely with back-end developers, designers, and product teams to deliver

seamless, responsive, and scalable mobile applications. While prior experience with cross-

platform frameworks is preferred, candidates with strong native Android or iOS experience will

also be considered.

Our projects involve developing mobile solutions across various domains (including potential

healthcare, fintech, or consumer apps), where performance, security, and intuitive design are

critical. You will be part of a collaborative, multi-location team working with colleagues in India,

the Middle East, and the U.S.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mobile App Development: Develop and maintain high-quality Android and/or iOS

applications using modern frameworks.

• UI/UX Implementation: Translate designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and engaging

user interfaces.

• API Integration: Integrate mobile apps with back-end services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.

• Performance Optimization: Ensure apps are fast, responsive, and optimized for battery

and memory usage.

• Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests, perform manual testing, and fix bugs to maintain

high app stability.

• App Deployment & Maintenance: Assist in publishing apps to Google Play Store and

Apple App Store and support post-launch updates.

• Code Quality: Follow clean code principles, participate in code reviews, and adhere to

coding standards.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of practical experience in mobile app development.

• Proficiency in Flutter (preferred) or React Native.

• Strong knowledge of Dart (for Flutter) or JavaScript/TypeScript (for React Native).

• Experience with state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux, etc.).

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and asynchronous programming.

• Experience with Git for version control.

• Basic understanding of native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) is a plus.

• Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics) is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of app deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines (basic level).

• Understanding of mobile app design principles, responsive layouts, and platform-specific

guidelines.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Basic knowledge of back-end communication and how mobile apps interact with servers.

• Understanding of app security best practices (secure storage, authentication, data

encryption).

• Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization tools.

• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Exposure to publishing apps on Play Store / App Store.

TRACK RECORD: Candidates must have a proven track record with at least 1–2 years of relevant

experience and should be able to share links to published apps or GitHub repositories showcasing

their work.

COMMUNICATIONS: Good English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential to

work effectively with global teams.

START DATE: IMMEDIATELY

DURATION: This opportunity starts in a hybrid environment for two (2) months on a

Probationary basis with the potential to convert into a Full-Time position based on performance

and review metrics.

STIPEND / REMUNERATION: Competitive & Negotiable based on experience and skills.
