Job Description: React Native Developer Role Overview We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing, testing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in React Native, have a solid understanding of mobile development best practices, and be capable of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and reusable components. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness. Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and crashes. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA, and product teams. Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices. Support application releases and post-release maintenance. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in mobile application development. Strong hands-on experience with React Native and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.). Knowledge of Android and iOS platforms, build processes, and deployment. Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data. Familiarity with Git version control and Agile/Scrum methodology. Good understanding of mobile UI/UX standards and accessibility. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills (Secondary Skill) Experience with TypeScript. Basic knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift). Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and analytics. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps. Experience with offline storage and synchronisation.
