Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in building and managing automation frameworks for large-scale enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright, strong programming knowledge, and experience in automating complex business workflows in enterprise web or ERP systems.

The role will involve designing automation strategies, developing robust automation scripts, integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines, and leveraging AI tools to improve automation efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for enterprise web applications and ERP systems.
Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
Automate complex business workflows, validations, and end-to-end test scenarios for enterprise applications.
Work closely with development, product, and QA teams to understand requirements and build effective automation solutions.
Integrate automation testing with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster releases.
Use AI-powered tools to generate, optimize, and maintain automation scripts and improve testing efficiency.
Perform test planning, test case design, and automation strategy development for large enterprise applications.
Identify bugs, performance issues, and system failures through automated testing.
Maintain test reports, automation coverage, and testing documentation.
Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing processes to ensure scalability and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium or Playwright.
Experience in automating large enterprise web applications or ERP systems.
Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript or Python.
Experience in designing and managing test automation frameworks.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
Experience using AI tools for test automation, script generation, or optimization.
Strong understanding of software testing concepts, test design techniques, and QA methodologies.
Experience with API testing and integration testing is a plus.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with complex enterprise workflows or large-scale business applications.
Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems.
Knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus.
Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber is an advantage.
