Job Description

Role: ML & GenAI Developer

Experience: 8–11 years

Role Overview

The ML & GenAI Developer will build, deploy, and optimize Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions, with a focus on LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI components. This role is hands-on and execution focused

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy ML and GenAI models for real-world applications.
Build LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering and RAG-based solutions.
Implement Agentic workflows under guidance of the Lead/Architect.
Prepare and process structured and unstructured datasets.
Integrate ML/GenAI solutions with backend systems and APIs.
Participate in model evaluation, monitoring, and optimization.
Follow best practices in code quality, versioning, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience in Machine Learning and NLP.
Experience working with LLMs and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
Knowledge of RAG pipelines and vector databases.
Experience with ML libraries: PyTorch / TensorFlow / Scikit-learn.
Basic understanding of cloud services and containerization.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and API development.
