Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial data, preparing MIS reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in enabling leadership to make informed business decisions through timely and reliable financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports related to finance, revenue, expenses, and operational metrics.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and closing processes.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and variances, providing insights and explanations to management.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across financial systems and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather financial and operational data as required.
• Assist in automating and improving reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain documentation for financial reports, MIS dashboards, and standard operating procedures.
• Support audits and compliance requirements by providing accurate financial data and reports.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial analysis and reporting.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in MIS reporting, finance, or accounting roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial databases preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• High level of integrity and commitment to data confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working for a US healthcare company is a plus
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and RCM
