As an MIS/ERP Executive, you?ll be the backbone of our data and process infrastructure, ensuring our CRM platforms run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You?ll manage reports, troubleshoot ERP issues, and support teams with the insights they need to perform at their best. In this role, you'll get a chance to work on (Roles & Responsibilities) : Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports and CRM dashboards as required by the stakeholders. Ensure 100% accuracy in data reporting and perform regular quality checks. Conduct periodic asset audits and maintain updated asset records. Track utilization and management of assets across departments. Automate recurring reports and support internal requests. Manage backend operations such as data entry, system updates, reconciliations, KPI tracking. Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with teams for correction. Requirements Have 2?5 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or business reporting roles. Have strong proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of Power BI / SQL / Google Sheets / ERP systems. Possess the ability to handle large datasets and meet strict reporting timelines.
