The Mining Personnel is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing underground mining operations while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and production targets. The role requires extensive experience in incline drivage, drilling & blasting operations, and underground coal mining.

• Plan, supervise, and monitor underground coal mining activities.
• Manage incline drivage, drilling, and blasting operations efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with DGMS, Mines Act, Coal Mines Regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of safety, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Supervise manpower deployment and shift-wise mining activities.
• Conduct workplace inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with geology, mechanical, and electrical departments for uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain statutory records, reports, and documentation.
• Train and mentor supervisors and mine workers on safety and operational practices.
• Ensure optimum utilization of mining equipment and resources.

• First Class Mine Manager Certificate or
• Second Class Mine Manager Certificate or
• Overman Certificate (Statutory)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Underground Coal Mines.
• Proven expertise in Incline Drivage and Drilling & Blasting Operations.
