Millwork Drafter/ Engineer - Microvellum ( Hyderabad Remote)

About The Role -

McLine Studios is looking for an experienced Millwork Drafter/Engineer with strong expertise in Microvellum to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position supporting custom millwork projects for North American clients. We are specifically looking for professionals who can independently develop production-ready shop drawings and engineering documentation

Key Responsibilities -

• Prepare detailed custom millwork shop drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, assembly details, and production drawings.
• Develop engineering drawings using Microvellum and AutoCAD.
• Create accurate manufacturing documentation in accordance with AWI, AWMAC, NKBA, and client-specific standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings and communicate effectively through email and virtual meetings.
• Review drawings for accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with project specifications.
• Suggest practical engineering solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and production processes.
• Deliver projects within established timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications -

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in custom millwork drafting.
• Mandatory: Strong working experience with Microvellum.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Understanding of North American millwork standards (AWI/AWMAC/NKBA) is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
