Mill Manager

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Integrated Feed Mill Manager to take full ownership of our single-location operation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily production, manage a dedicated team, and ensure the highest standards in safety, maintenance, and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of feed mill production to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time output
• Lead & Develop Team Members: Supervise, train, and support employees while fostering a positive, accountable work environment
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe workplace and ensure adherence to all regulatory and company safety standards
• Manage Maintenance Programs: Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve overall performance
• Coordinate Across Functions: Work closely with ownership and other stakeholders to align production with business goals
