Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Middle school Special Educator. The primary responsibilities include designing and delivering specialized educational plans for middle school students, conducting assessments, and implementing learning strategies tailored to students' unique needs. The educator will collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment while maintaining detailed records of student progress and adjusting teaching methods to achieve optimal outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Special Education and supporting students
  • Proven teaching expertise, particularly with Middle School students
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, families, and colleagues effectively
  • Proficiency in creating inclusive learning strategies and adapting to diverse educational needs
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Special Education, Teaching, or a related field
  • Familiarity with IB curriculum and teaching practices is highly advantageous
  • Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
