Microsoft Messaging SME Desired Experience Range** 8-10 Years Location of Requirement : Noida Required Technical Skill Se t : Expertise in Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, email security protocols, PowerShell scripting, hybrid messaging environments, and Active Directory integration. Good to have Technical Skill Set Experience with email migration tools, mobile device management, cloud security, compliance frameworks, and automation scripting. Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** (Experience Range) 8-10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise messaging systems, including Exchange, Office 365, and hybrid environments. Good-to-Have Exposure to cloud-based messaging migrations, automation scripting, mobile device management, and enterprise compliance tools. Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 ? Manage and support enterprise messaging platforms including Microsoft Exchange and Office 365. ? Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient email communication across the organization. ? Design, implement, and maintain hybrid messaging environments (on-premises and cloud). ? Monitor mail flow, server health, and system performance using appropriate tools. ? Troubleshoot and resolve messaging-related incidents and service requests. ? Implement email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and data loss prevention (DLP) policies. ? Automate routine tasks and reporting using PowerShell or other scripting tools. ? Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to align messaging services with organizational policies. ? Support email migrations, upgrades, and integration projects. ? Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and change management. ? Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks. ? Provide technical guidance and training to support teams and end-users. ? Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives. ? Stay updated with emerging messaging technologies and recommend improvements. ? Analyze and optimize mail routing and delivery performance across platforms. ? Manage mailbox provisioning, retention policies, and archiving solutions. ? Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to mitigate phishing and spam threats. ? Support integration of messaging systems with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint). ? Participate in strategic planning for messaging infrastructure upgrades and scalability.
