Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ? Senior Technical Consultant Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Experience: 3?8 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Technical Consultant to design, develop, customize, and integrate scalable solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to convert business requirements into efficient technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions based on client requirements. Build and implement technical components including extensions, integrations, workflows, plugins, and custom reports. Work closely with functional consultants to translate business needs into detailed technical designs. Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, or middleware tools. Perform data migration, transformation, and environment data restores. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Participate in implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects. Follow Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and solution guidelines. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3?8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server , and knowledge of JavaScript . Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is an added advantage. Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, and API integrations . Good understanding of Dynamics architecture, data model, and extension framework. Experience with SSRS, Electronic Reporting (ER), Power BI , and report customizations. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications such as: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate Solution Architect Expert Experience in end-to-end / full-cycle implementation projects. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. Understanding of cloud-based deployments and security configurations. Why Join Us?
