Microsoft Alliance Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Microsoft Alliance Manager to lead and grow Xebia’s strategic partnership with Microsoft, with a strong focus on Azure, Data & AI, Modern Work, and Cloud ecosystems. The ideal candidate will drive co-innovation, joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, marketplace strategies, and executive alignment to maximize mutual business growth.
We are hiring across these Xebia offices: Gurugram, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru, and Bhopal.
Key Responsibilities
1. Microsoft Partnership Management
• Build, manage, and strengthen Xebia’s strategic alliance with Microsoft.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Microsoft stakeholders across sales, partner, and technical teams.
• Drive co-sell, co-market, and co-delivery initiatives aligned with Microsoft solution plays.
• Manage Microsoft Partner Program alignment, competencies, specializations, and solution designations.
2. Go-to-Market & Revenue Growth
• Develop and execute joint GTM strategies focused on Azure, Data & AI, and Cloud transformation services.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities leveraging Microsoft’s ecosystem and marketplace.
• Build and manage a qualified joint pipeline with Microsoft sellers and partner managers.
• Enable co-sell motions and maximize marketplace-led growth.
3. Solution & Capability Alignment
• Collaborate with internal engineering and delivery teams to align with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Fabric, Power Platform, AI/ML, DevOps, etc.).
• Drive partner enablement initiatives, certifications, and capability-building aligned to Microsoft priorities.
• Support development of joint solution offerings and IP aligned with Microsoft industry plays.
4. Performance & Governance
• Define and track KPIs, including partner-sourced revenue, influenced pipeline, certifications, and solution competencies.
• Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with Microsoft stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize partnership ROI and growth metrics.
Key Skills & Experience
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Data & AI, Power Platform, and cloud solutions.
• Experience working within Microsoft Partner Program structures (Solutions Partner designations, specializations, incentives).
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive revenue through alliance partnerships.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior executives.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in Alliance Management, Partner Management, or Business Development within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling Microsoft partnerships successfully.
