Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Engineer (L3) to manage, monitor, and support enterprise-level Microsoft security and compliance environments. The role focuses on identity management, endpoint security, data protection, and compliance operations, ensuring secure access and regulatory adherence across Microsoft 365 platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Handle user lifecycle, access control, and permissions

Identity & Access Management

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Configure MFA, Conditional Access, and identity governance

Endpoint & Security

• Manage Microsoft Intune (device compliance, app management)
• Administer:
• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
• Defender for Office 365 (MDO)
• Defender for Identity (MDI)

Compliance & Data Protection

• Implement and manage Microsoft Purview, including:
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Sensitivity Labels (MIP)
• Retention & Records Management
• Support eDiscovery, Audit, Insider Risk Management

Privacy Management

• Work on Microsoft Priva:
• Privacy Risk Management
• Subject Rights Requests (SRR)

Operations & Support

• Provide L2/L3 support, incident management, and troubleshooting
• Maintain documentation for configurations and policies
