Job duties and responsibilities
• Inspect and make periodic visits to the restaurant and branches to ensure the application of all requirements of the municipality and other bodies within the company's restaurants and stores.
• Supervising and controlling the application of the specifications of hygiene materials used within restaurants and stores.
• Monitoring food quality and safety standards and ensuring their application in the company's restaurants and stores.
• Issuing reports about visits to the restaurant and branches, clarifying violations, if any, and suggesting corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in food science, Microbiology, or a related field.
Practical experience:
• Previous experience in restaurants.
• Experience in the Saudi market.
Languages:
Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is preferred, both spoken and written.
