We're hiring Marketing Manager for Meta - Beauty & Personal Care Industry Location: Noida Sector 16 (In-Office Role) We are a young and enthusiastic team building next-gen D2C marketplace for Beauty & Personal Care products on a mission to revolutionize how Indian consumers discover beauty. Using AI, ML, and tech-driven personalization, we're building India's smartest beauty platform connecting the right brands with GenZ and Millenials of India. Gluzo app is backed by Seelingo, a global tech & e-commerce company. About the Role We?re looking for you if you are a master of Meta Ads . You'll be driving traffic and conversions through ad campaigns and creatives on Instagram . You?ll spearhead our presence on IG ensuring the brand is not just seen ? but remembered. Office: Berger Tower, Noida Sector 16 Timings: 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday Salary: INR 6-7 Lakhs pa Key Responsibilities 1. Meta Campaign Management & Meta Ads Plan and manage ad campaigns across Meta platforms. Use Meta Business Suite for scheduling, engagement, and analytics. 2. Brand Strategy on Meta & other Socials Develop different types of creatives for Meta Performance aligned with brand strategy. 3. Collaboration & Leadership Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights. Guide graphic designers and content creators as necessary.? Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite. Strong knowledge of Meta pixel, conversion tracking, and custom audiences. Proven success with Meta Ad campaigns, retargeting etc. Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
