Executive/Intern - Marketing Operations About Us The Living Influence is a premium online marketplace specialising in curated luxury home decor products. We curate products from distinguished brands to offer our discerning customers unique and exceptional pieces for their living spaces. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Strategy & Management Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max). Develop full-funnel media strategies ? awareness, remarketing, and conversion. Build and manage Product Feed campaigns (Google Merchant Center + Shopify integration). Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize performance. 2. Budget Optimization & Performance Tracking Allocate monthly budgets effectively across channels to maintain healthy ROAS and CAC . Monitor daily spends , CPC , CTR , impressions , and conversion rates . Analyze trends, forecast spends, and adjust strategies based on seasonality (festive, summer, Diwali, etc.). Generate detailed weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for leadership. 3. Audience & Creative Strategy Develop segmented audiences for both B2C and B2B campaigns ? including architects, designers, and homeowners. Collaborate with the content and design team for ad creatives that match TLI?s tone of luxury and craftsmanship. Create dynamic ad copies , headlines, and visuals that resonate with premium buyers. Regularly test new creative formats (carousel, video, collection ads, YouTube discovery). 4. Analytics & Tracking Ensure accurate pixel and conversion tracking across Meta, Google, and Shopify. Integrate with GA4 , Google Tag Manager , and UTM tracking for attribution clarity. Build dashboards for campaign performance visualization. Analyze landing page conversion metrics and recommend UX optimizations. 5. Collaboration & Cross-Function Work closely with the Shopify developer , SEO team , and content team to ensure ad readiness of product pages. Align campaign strategy with organic social , email marketing , and influencer collaborations for cohesive storytelling. Liaise with operations to track inventory, shipping, and product readiness before campaigns go live. Requirements 2?5 years of experience in performance marketing / paid media management for e-commerce or lifestyle brands. Proven track record in running Meta & Google Ads with strong ROAS. Advanced knowledge of GA4 , Google Tag Manager , and Shopify Ads Manager integrations . Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Experience in dynamic retargeting , Performance Max , and Google Shopping Feed Optimization . Excellent understanding of luxury/lifestyle consumer behavior and creative positioning. Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines. Preferred Skills Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Editor, Google Merchant Center, and Looker Studio . Familiarity with Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads , or other emerging channels (bonus). Interest in design, interiors, and home d?cor industries.
