Role Description

This full-time, on-site position based in Nashik is for a Meta Ads Expert. The chosen candidate will manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to drive measurable returns on investment. Responsibilities include strategizing and executing advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and creating high-performing creatives. Collaboration with marketing and creative teams to align strategies and realign ads based on performance will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Management, Digital Advertising, and Campaign Optimization
• Knowledge of Performance Analysis, Conversion Metrics, and A/B Testing
• Experience in Digital Marketing Strategy and ROI-focused execution
• Understanding of Graphic Design and Content Creation for high-converting ad creatives
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to interpret data trends
• Experience in audience segmentation and targeted advertising
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Work experience in performance marketing or a similar role is an advantage
