Summary
We are looking for MES Support Engineer.
Typical Responsibilities
- Monitor MES system s and dashboards.
- Respond to user queries related to MES operations (e.g., login issues, data entry errors).
- Perform basic troubleshooting (e.g., restarting services, checking connectivity).
- Log incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2 support.
- Maintain documentation of known issues and resolutions.
- Provide support during shift changes and production rollouts.
- Basic understanding of MES workflows and interfaces.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and standard operating procedures.
