Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida for the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) role. The MES professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that monitor and control the manufacturing processes. Daily responsibilities include analyzing workflows, developing software solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring system efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production operations. The individual will play a key role in improving operational efficiency and ensuring seamless process integration across manufacturing systems. Qualifications Strong expertise in MES software and proficiency in integrating manufacturing execution systems with other enterprise systems. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing manufacturing operational workflows and technologies. Knowledge in process analysis, production planning, and data management for manufacturing systems. Proficiency in software development, database management, and system implementation techniques. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams. Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry is an added advantage. Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
