Role Description The MERN Stack Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based at Vinsup Skill Academy in Coimbatore. The trainer will design and deliver structured training sessions on MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js, including core concepts, best practices, and real-world application development. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and updating training materials, guiding learners through hands-on projects, code reviews, and debugging support. The trainer will assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and mock interviews, while providing individual feedback and mentorship focused on job readiness. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curriculum, staying current with industry trends, and supporting placement activities through technical guidance and portfolio review.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in MERN technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience in building and deploying full-stack web applications, RESTful APIs, and working with version control tools such as Git.
• Ability to design structured training content, create practical exercises, and explain complex technical concepts in a clear, learner-friendly manner.
• Competence in mentoring, classroom management, and providing constructive feedback to learners with diverse skill levels.
• Good communication skills, professional attitude, and a learner-centric approach aligned with industry expectations.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or team mentor in web development or software engineering is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Familiarity with related tools and concepts such as HTML/CSS, front-end build tools, databases, deployment platforms, and basic soft skills training is an added advantage.
