Position: MERN Stack Developer Experience: 3?7 Years Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat India Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer who can independently manage projects from the frontend to the backend . The ideal candidate will have excellent client communication , team management , and technical expertise across all layers of modern web development. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project execution , including design, development, testing, and deployment. Handle both frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB) development with equal proficiency. Communicate directly with international clients for requirement gathering, updates, and technical discussions. Provide technical leadership to team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure development best practices. Collaborate with designers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance . Integrate third-party APIs, manage server configurations, and ensure data security. Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute innovative solutions to business challenges. Technical Skills Required Excellent knowledge of frontend development using React.js, Redux/Context API, and modern UI frameworks. Strong understanding of backend development with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Experience in RESTful APIs , authentication (JWT/OAuth), and database design. Proficiency with Git , Postman , and cloud platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean . Understanding of Agile methodologies , CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices. Bonus: Experience with TypeScript , GraphQL , or Docker is an advantage. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Strong client handling and problem-solving ability. Proven experience in team management and mentoring junior developers. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of owning complete projects .
