📍 Location: Hybrid / Remote (India-friendly time zones)

💼 Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML engineering

• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions for production environments
• Develop and deploy LLM-based systems, including RAG and agent-driven workflows
• Apply machine learning techniques based on use-case suitability
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines
• Rapidly prototype solutions and transition them into production-grade systems
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to define system architecture and roadmap

• Strong foundation in AI/ML principles (model evaluation, bias–variance tradeoff, overfitting)
• Hands-on experience with LLM architectures and hallucination mitigation techniques
• Proficiency in Python with a focus on clean, maintainable, production-ready code
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
