Curio Crafts is a premium home décor and metal manufacturing company with over 30 years of experience. We specialize in brass and metal products, handcrafted using traditional techniques like sand casting, supported by modern design, AI, 3D printing, and rapid sampling capabilities.

We work with designers, brands, retailers, and export buyers to create high-quality decorative and lifestyle products.

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser / Merchant who can manage buyer requirements, coordinate sampling, follow up with production teams, handle costing, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, product understanding, vendor/factory coordination experience, and the ability to manage multiple product developments at the same time.

• Coordinate with buyers, designers, internal teams, and production departments.
• Understand buyer requirements and convert them into clear product development briefs.
• Handle product sampling from concept to final approval.
• Follow up with design, casting, finishing, polishing, packaging, and dispatch teams.
• Prepare and maintain product development sheets, costing sheets, order trackers, and sample status reports.
• Coordinate costing, pricing, quotations, and buyer approvals.
• Ensure samples and production pieces meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Track order progress and regularly update management and clients.
• Manage communication with domestic and international buyers.
• Support photoshoot/sample documentation when required.
• Coordinate packaging, labeling, barcoding, and shipment-related requirements.
• Identify delays, quality issues, or production bottlenecks and escalate them on time.
• Maintain proper records of designs, approvals, revisions, and buyer feedback.

• Strong understanding of home décor, handicrafts, metalware, brassware, or lifestyle products.
• Experience in merchandising, product development, export coordination, or buyer communication.
• Good knowledge of sampling, costing, production follow-up, and order tracking.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good coordination skills with factory, production, design, and buyer teams.
• Ability to manage timelines and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, email communication, and reporting.
• Attention to detail in product specifications, measurements, finishes, and quality.
• Understanding of finishes such as antique brass, nickel, blackened metal, powder coating, plating, polishing, and lacquer will be an advantage.
• Experience with export documentation, packaging, and shipment coordination will be preferred.

• Graduate in any discipline.
