Role Description

This full-time, on-site Merchandiser role is based in Surat. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product displays, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring optimal product placement to maximize sales. Responsibilities include collaborating with retail teams, tracking sales trends, forecasting demand, and presenting creative merchandising solutions. The role also involves assisting in promotional events, maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring alignment with market trends and branding strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and address client needs effectively
• Experience in Sales and Retail for managing merchandise and meeting business objectives
• Knowledge of Marketing principles to design and implement effective product displays and campaigns
• Analytical skills to forecast demand and track sales trends
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment
• Previous experience in a similar role and/or familiarity with merchandising tools and software is a plus
