Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Manager at EK Homes, located in Chennai. The MEP Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities include supervising MEP design and installation, ensuring compliance with project timelines and standards, collaborating with project teams, and managing procurement processes. Additionally, the MEP Manager will troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure quality and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in MEP Coordination and MEP Design
• Knowledge of Plumbing and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Experience in procurement processes and resource planning
• Competence in managing and resolving design and implementation challenges
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field
• Experience in real estate or construction projects is an advantage
