Mep Costing Engineer

CE Comfort Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced MEP Costing Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and supporting the execution team with commercial and technical inputs for MEP projects.

• Preparation of detailed costing and estimation for MEP projects
• Quantity take-off from drawings and technical specifications
• Preparation and verification of BOQ as per project requirements
• Vendor quotation analysis and price comparison
• Coordination with procurement, design, and execution teams
• Preparation of tender documents and techno-commercial proposals
• Cost analysis, budgeting, and project cost optimization
• Reviewing project drawings and identifying cost-effective solutions
• Maintaining estimation records and project documentation

• Good knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems
• Strong understanding of MEP drawings and project execution
• Experience in costing, tendering, and estimation processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and BOQ preparation
• Good analytical and communication skills

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 1–6 years of relevant experience in MEP costing and estimation
